We bring a complete green screen studio to your event, drop your guests into whatever scene you can dream up, and put a printed photo in their hand before they've finished laughing about it.
Green screen photography, sometimes called chroma key, starts with a plain green backdrop that we swap out for any scene you fancy once the shot is taken. Your guest stands in front of the green, we take the photo, and seconds later they’re soaring over a skyline, perched on a mountaintop or stood right beside your newest product. Film studios have used the trick for decades. What we’ve done is shrink it down, speed it up and make it reliable enough to run all night at a live event without missing a beat.
We turn up with the full kit, set it up, run the studio for as long as you need us, then pack it all away at the end. You don’t have to source a single thing beyond a bit of floor space and one 13A socket. Every guest leaves with a printed photo, and a digital copy in their own gallery too if you’d like one.

A guest steps up to the green, we frame and light the shot, and the background drops in straight away. The print is in their hand in under ten seconds, mounted in a strut frame and tucked into a protective bag. Then it’s on to the next person. One printer comfortably turns out around 360 4x6 prints an hour, which covers most evenings. For weddings, conferences and the kind of events where everyone piles in at the same moment, we set up a second studio so nobody’s left standing in a queue.
Good green screen work is about far more than swapping a background, though. The cut has to be clean around hair and edges, the lighting has to sit naturally into the scene we’re dropping people into, and the framing has to be flattering. Green screens are famously fiddly, and that’s exactly why having an experienced photographer behind the camera makes the difference between a gimmick and a photo people keep.

You’re really only limited by your imagination here. We carry a big library of digital backdrops, and we’ll build custom ones around your theme too, whether that’s outer space, the deep sea, a famous landmark or a clean studio look with your products sat behind the subject. For corporate clients, every print can carry your logo and a line of event text, which quietly turns a fun keepsake into a piece of marketing that ends up on someone’s desk rather than in the bin.
On the night we can run social media kiosks so guests share their photos there and then. Afterwards, everyone gets an individual password-protected web gallery to download their images. It’s a simple way to keep your brand doing the rounds long after the last guest has gone home.

London is where we run the green screen most, and the mobile setup earns its keep here more than anywhere. Floor space is tight, load-in windows are fixed and there’s usually a lift to negotiate, so we’ve built the whole studio to move — a wireless workflow with no cables trailing across the floor, and prints coming off in under ten seconds even when a room empties all at once. We’ve set up in hotels, conference centres, museums, members’ clubs and marquees right across the capital, and we build the studio to fit whatever room you’ve got rather than asking you to clear half the venue for us. All we need is a bit of floor space and a single 13A socket.
The London bookings we get asked for most are product launches, film premieres, conferences, branding activations and social campaigns. To give you a feel for it: at Gatwick Aviation Museum’s Fun Day we ran the mobile studio with instant prints, and guests picked from four backdrops — the Canadian Rockies, the Eiffel Tower, the Burj Al Arab and the Colosseum — then walked off with their printed photo on the day. Because we run the studio ourselves and carry £10,000,000 of public liability cover, we’re sorted on the things London venues actually ask about, and we’ll send the certificate over whenever it’s needed.

We cover London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the rest of the UK, and we’ll happily travel into Europe too. The same studio works just as well at a corporate product launch as it does at a charity fundraiser, a black-tie dinner, a wedding reception or a family party. At corporate events it’s a proper icebreaker. People who’ve never met relax, have a laugh, and the rest of the day tends to go better for it. At fundraisers, a background tied to your theme gets people talking and gives them something to share.
And there’s a serious side underneath the fun. If you’re running a promotional event, photographing guests with your product behind them turns every shot into a small piece of advertising they take home and keep. Schools, fashion shows and PR events all use the green screen to make ordinary photos look like something far more memorable, and a print on a desk or fridge keeps your name in front of someone for months. Hiring a green screen photographer is an affordable way to give an event that bit extra, whether you’re after a lasting memory or a bit of attention for your business.

Our green screen clients have included Walt Disney — green screen events at Odeon cinemas in both London and Edinburgh with themed backdrops — alongside corporate brand activations across the UK.
Mobile green screen photography starts from £450, including setup, professional lighting and an operator. It pairs perfectly with instant on-site printing, and a 3m × 3m area with access to a power socket is usually all the space we need — we bring everything else.

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests you’re expecting, and we’ll pull together a price and the right setup for the day. Call us on 07977111073 or send an enquiry and we’ll get straight back to you.

It depends on your venue and how many guests you're expecting, so there's no single answer. Call us on 07977111073 or send a message and we'll tell you exactly what we need for your space, no obligation.
Just one. A single 13A socket runs the whole studio.
We print on the spot at 2x4, 4x6, 5x7, 6x6, 6x8, 9x6 and 8x10/12. Prints start from £10.
We can. London floor space and load-in windows are always tight, so our kit is built to move — we'll build a green screen studio to fit almost any room, from a generous exhibition stand to an awkward corner of a function suite, and all we need is a bit of floor space and one 13A socket.
Roughly 360 4x6 prints an hour from a single printer. If you need more than that, we run a second studio alongside the first.
We do. Every photo goes into a strut mount and a protective bag before it leaves our hands.
Yes. We hold £10,000,000 of public liability cover and can send the certificate whenever it's needed.
